· Description: SJ102 is a fluorine-base high-basicity (B≈2.0) sintered flux with a loose packing ratio of about 1.2 g / cm3 and spherical particles with a particle size of 2.0-0.45 mm (10-40 mesh). The flux has excellent welding process performance, stable arc combustion, excellent slag removal performance in the groove, good bead formation, and basically no increase in Si and Mn in the weld. It is metallurgical neutral, has high low temperature impact toughness, and is suitable for direct current. Welding, the wire sweeps the positive electrode.
· Application: With appropriate welding wire (H08MnA, H10Mn2, H08MnMoA), it can weld a variety of low-alloy structural steel, high-strength hull structural steel, pressure vessel steel, and can be used for multi-pass welding, double-sided single-pass welding, multi-wire Welding and narrow gap submerged arc welding. It can also be used for welding low alloy steel. It can be used with Cr13 series, 224H, 225 tubular welding wire and solid welding wire for surfacing welding. It has excellent high-temperature slag removal performance. The flux is suitable for direct current reverse connection, and is widely used in the welding of continuous caster rolls, cold rolls, backup rolls, hot work rolls, etc. Surfacing layer has better comprehensive properties of high temperature oxidation resistance, wear resistance and thermal fatigue resistance.

· Precautions:
1. The flux must be baked at 300-350 ℃ for 2 hours before use;
