· Description: SJ501 is an aluminum-titanium sintered flux with alkalinity of 0.5-0.8. It is an acidic flux. It is brown round particles with a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). It can be used for both AC and DC. The welding wire is connected to the positive electrode during DC welding. The maximum current can reach 100OA. Stable arc burning, easy slag removal, beautiful weld formation, strong anti-porosity, and insensitivity to a small amount of rust and scale.
· Application: With suitable welding wire, such as H08A, H08MnA, H08MnMoA, etc., it can weld low carbon steel and some low alloy steel (16Mn, 15MnV, etc.) structures, such as boilers, ships, pressure vessels, etc. It can be used for multi-wire rapid welding, and the welding speed can reach about 70m / h. Particularly suitable for double-sided single-pass welding.

· Precautions:
1. Bake at 300 ℃ ~ 350 ℃ for 2h before welding.
2. The rust, oil, moisture and other impurities must be removed at the welding place.
